Manitoba PNP, in its 18th March special draw held to assist Ukrainians, issued 16 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA’s). The LAA’s were issued through the MPNP as part of Canada’s aid efforts to assist Ukrainians. The summary of the draw is given below:

“As part of Manitoba government’s response to the situation in Ukraine and in line with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada special immigration measures for those affected, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program will conduct regular EOI draws for individuals who meet all MPNP eligibility criteria and are affected by ongoing events in Ukraine.”
