Ontario Immigration issued 486 Notifications of Interests (NOI) in the latest Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream draw. In the draw held on 6th October, 18 occupations were targeted and the range of CRS scores ranged from 463 to 467 points.

The Ontario Immigration issues NOI’s at regular time intervals throughout the year.

This stream targets skilled workers who have expressed an interest to live and work in Ontario. These skilled workers should have the skills and abilities to successfully establish themselves in the province.

The draw targeted jobs with the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

Requirements to qualify for the Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream:

  • Hold the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Have a minimum of CLB/NCLC level 7 in English or in French in language proficiency
  • Ongoing profile under the Federal Express Entry system and be qualified for either the FSWP or the CEC.
  • Hold a minimum of 1-year of full-time, or full-time equivalent work experience under NOC occupation level 0, A or B, in the past five years if applying under the FSWP or in the past three years if applying under CEC.
  • Intention to reside in the province of Ontario.
  • Should reside in Canada with, if applicable.
  • Should give proof of the required settlement funds.
