Manitoba PNP, in its 10th March special draw held to assist Ukrainians, issued 71 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA’s). The LAA’s were issued through the MPNP as part of Canada’s aid efforts to assist Ukrainians. The summary of the draw is given below:

Requirements to qualify:
- Score at least 60 points on the MPNP points assessment grid
- Should provide proof of being a citizen of Ukraine.
- Should score at least 4 points on the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB).
- Should provide proof of having an established connection to Manitoba. Established relations include close relatives, family-like, community, place of previous employment, or institution of study.
Manitoba Immigration website has announced the following on their website:
“As part of Manitoba government’s response to the situation in Ukraine and in line with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada special immigration measures for those affected, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program will conduct regular EOI draws for individuals who meet all MPNP eligibility criteria and are affected by ongoing events in Ukraine.”
The province is also waiving the $500 application fee for Ukrainians while expediting applications as much as possible.
