Candidates with Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score between 471 and 480 were eligible for consideration in this draw, provided they created their Express Entry profiles between February 8, 2023, and February 8, 2024.The second set of draws under the International Student Stream of the OINP Expression of Interest (EOI) system targeted candidates with varying scores, offering pathways to PR for individuals with backgrounds in healthcare and technology-related fields. The general EOI draw issued 1,182 invitations to applicants meeting the eligibility criteria and scoring 78 points or above.Lastly, a targeted draw aimed at healthcare and tech professionals resulted in 1,252 invitations being sent out to candidates with scores of 73 points and above.
