BCPNP or the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program is an immigration program. It is a Provincial Nominee Program in Surry, Canada. Workers, entrepreneurs and graduates can settle permanently in British Columbia through this program.

This immigration program offers streams for graduates, workers (Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC), and business people. These streams divide into various categories, some aligning with the Express Entry Canada immigration system. Successful applicants in these categories earn 600+ CRS points and receive an ITA for permanent residence in a draw.

Moreover, the Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS) handles certain categories. In this distinctive system, applicants must create a profile and provide personal details about their job offer in BC, language skills, work history, and education. The SIRS works on ITA/Expression of Interest basis, whereby registered applicants are alloted a score and the BC government performs periodic draws where candidates who meet cut-off threshold for their class in that specific draw are invited to apply for the provincial nomination.

While certain BCPNP categories mandate a job offer from a BC employer, others outside SIRS do not require it.

The program includes a Tech Pilot enabling IT and tech professionals to obtain PR status by immigrating to BC, Canada.
